Room for Improvement: IBM Security QRadar could refine its incident management processes, update the user interface for greater intuitiveness, and enhance integration capabilities with diverse security applications. In contrast, USM Anywhere might benefit from improved search capabilities, more detailed reporting features, and better scalability options for larger deployments.
Ease of Deployment and Customer Service: IBM Security QRadar provides strong on-premises deployment with support for hybrid and cloud environments, though variable support response times are noted as an area needing improvement. USM Anywhere is favored for its ease of deployment due to its cloud-native architecture, allowing rapid and straightforward setup, which is advantageous for swift integration and scalability.
